Beibut Shumenov and BJ Flores headline what should be an exciting night of fights on Saturday night at The Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The pair will be contending for the WBA interim cruiserweight title.
Flores missed weight in his first attempt and had to come back an hour later to hit the mark.
Isiah Thomas and Jordan Shimmell, a pair of Michigan fighters, will be showcased in the co-main event.
The only real fireworks at the weigh in happened when TMT fighter Ladarius Miller and Kevin Womack Jr. got into a shoving match, having to be broken up several times. Miller later took to social media to apologize for his part in the festivities.
Additionally, hot prospect Andrew Tabiti and 2012 Olympian Michael Hunter hit the scales for their fights.
