Floyd Mayweather announced that he would be allowing fans to choose his next opponent via social media. The options would be either Marcos Maidana or Amir Khan.
We caught up with Floyd Sr. to get his thoughts on Floyd doing that, as well as what he thought about the challenges either fighter presents. In typical Floyd Mayweather Sr. style, he was confident that no matter who it ends up being, they will not pose too much of a threat.
In Amir Khan he sees “A guy with a glass jaw. If you look at him hard enough, it will fall off.”
About Marcos Maidana, he believes Floyd will “box circles around the slower figher who doesn’t move his head.”
