It isn’t just his nickname. Lanell “KO” Bellows more than lived up to that moniker last Saturday when he scored an impressive second round knockout as part of the undercard of the Floyd Mayweather vs. Marcos Maidana pay-per-view. The knockout which drew oohs and aahs from from the live crowd as well as those who have seen it online improved the record of the TMT fighter to an impressive 7-1-1.
We spoke to the heavy handed fighter inside the Mayweather Boxing Club just a couple days after his big win. Bellows walked us through the fight, and in his typical fashion, said he still has a lot of work to do if he wants to reach his goal of an eventual title.
