After a long and successful career in boxing, Jessica Rakoczy is finally getting the recognition she deserves. However, it is in MMA that most fans are finally becoming exposed to her.
The multiple time world boxing champion is a competitor on this season’s edition of ‘The Ultimate Fighter.’ Having won her first two fights on the show, Rakoczy now finds herself in the semifinals of the program.
We spoke with Jessica at the Mayweather Boxing Club where she was training with her coach Dewey Cooper. She talked to us about being on the show, being away from her son, and the overall experience of being competing in the UFC. Although she still loves boxing, she believes that she may have found a new sport to focus on.
