Championship boxing returns to the Copper Box Arena on April 12

Promoter Frank Warren’s next action-packed show at the Copper Box Arena, Queen Elizabeth Park, London, will take place on Saturday 12th April.

Coming off a successful third event at the Copper Box Arena earlier this month featuring heavyweight stars Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury, Warren returns with his London stars Frank Buglioni, Mitchell Smith and Bradley Skeete all in championship title action with the headline fight for the show to be confirmed on Thursday.

Super-middleweight sensation Buglioni from Enfield, will make the second defence of his WBO European belt on the show.  The 25-year-old thrilled his fans with another sensational knockout win at the Copper Box Arena last month, stopping Italian Gaetano Nespro in five rounds – his third stoppage in a row – as he climbs the 168lb rankings.

Unbeaten Smith, the Southern Area Champion from Harrow Weald, made a stunning comeback last Saturday at the York Hall after recovering from a hand injury to show that his fists are back to their power-packed best, stopping previously undefeated Mark Evans inside two round.  The exciting 21-year-old has made head turns with his powerful performances and is set to make further big waves this year.

Silky-skilled Penge welterweight Bradley Skeete will make the first defence of his WBA International belt that he won at the Copper Box Arena last month, outpointing Christopher Sebire to rack up his third win in a row at the venue.

Romford ace Tony Conquest, who captured the Vacant Commonwealth Cruiserweight title, in a small hall thriller last Saturday at the York Hall, makes his debut at the Copper Box Arena and brings his huge fan base with him.

Also expected to be confirmed for the show are undefeated super-middleweight Chris Eubank Jnr, who put on a devastating display against Alistair Warren last Saturday; undefeated Islington welterweight prospect Georgie Kean; the pro debut of  big-hitting double ABA Champion Simon Barclay; plus top talents Tom Baker and Gary Corcoran.
