Grosvenor Casinos has partnered with Matchroom Boxing as title sponsor of the forthcoming ‘Geordie Roar’ fight night taking place on Saturday night at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle, live on Sky Sports. The partnership will further reinforce Grosvenor Casinos’ association with sports and help to position its casinos as the perfect place to enjoy watching live sports around the clock.
The ‘Geordie Roar’ fight night is headlined by the return of Anthony Joshua MBE who faces American Prizefighter finalist Jason Gavern, South Shields’ Anthony Nelson meets Dundee’s Jamie Wilson for the vacant Commonwealth Super Flyweight title and there will be fireworks in the WBC International Silver Cruiserweight title clash between champion Stephen Simmons and local favourite Jon-Lewis Dickinson. The ‘Geordie Roar’ fight night will be broadcast live in Grosvenor Casinosnationwide.
