SiriusXM will air a live broadcast of the Premier Boxing Champions event this Friday, May 29 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Coverage begins at 9:00 pm ET and airs on SiriusXM Sports Zone, available on channel 92 on satellite radios and on the SiriusXM app.
Friday’s event features British welterweight champion Amir Khan (30-3, 19 KOs), whose lightning fast hands have enthralled fans on both sides of the Atlantic, defending his title against Long Island-native Chris Algieri (20-1, 8 KOs), who is looking to bounce back from his first career loss last year to Manny Pacquiao.
The opening fight of the broadcast is a showdown for the world super featherweight championship, as unbeaten Javier Fortuna (27-0-1, 20 KOs), of the Dominican Republic, faces off against Costa Rica’s Bryan Vasquez (34-1, 18 KOs).
