Lanell Bellows is perhaps the least well known of all the TMT fighters, but that is quickly changing as the heavy-handed super middleweight continues to rack up impressive victories. On Saturday night, he looks to collect win number 10 as he takes part on the ShoBox card in San Antonio, TX. The main event on that night will feature Bellows’ teammate Ishe Smith looking to claim his second world title. To do that, he will have to defeat Erislandy Lara, who the bookmakers have installed as a sizeable favorite.
Known for his punching power, Bellows is coming off of 2 straight wins that went the distance. Despite not finishing the deal in his last fight, he delivered perhaps his best performance against Codale Ford back in August. On that night, he showed improved patience and ring command as he dominated almost every moment of the fight. As we talked to him just before he left Las Vegas to head to Texas, he said he was looking to build on his momentum.
