The time for talking is nearly over as Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor held their final press conference before they meet inside the ring on Saturday night. The fight, pitting undefeated Floyd Mayweather Jr. against MMA star Conor McGregor is expected to be the highest grossing fight of all time.
Unlike their previous interactions, this time both fighters were much more subdued. Mayweather even went so far as to tell some of his fans to not talk trash after they yelled some words in the direction of McGregor.
McGregor had a little bit of trash to talk, but overall he too was much less intense than he had been previously. Perhaps both fighters were conscious of the harsh criticism they received for their previous interactions which turned off a lot of potential sponsors.
