An agreement has been reached for reigning WBO lightweight world champion Ricky Burns (36-2-1 ) to face his number one mandatory challenger, Terence Crawford (22-0). The fight will take place in Glasgow, Scotland, in February 2014 on a date to be confirmed.
Eddie Hearn confirmed a deal was in place via Twitter. “Delighted to confirm we have agreed terms with @trboxing for @ricksterko to face @budcrawford402 in Glasgow in February – date confirmed soon”
