Zab Judah lashes out at Danny Garcia for delaying their fight

Zab Judah isn’t exactly buying the reason Danny Garcia is giving for the need to postpone their scheduled fight until April. Garcia, the WBA/WBC light welterweight champion, was originally scheduled to face Zab Judah on February 9.

Reports had Danny Garcia suffering a rib injury while sparring with DeMarcus Corley, and that was the reason the fight would need to be delayed. However, Corley siad that it was a thumb injury that Garcia was suffering from. Corley mentioned that Garcia had consulted a doctor over the issue. When the postponement was announced, no mention was made of the thumb.

Judah said on his twitter “Man what is Ribs? Thumb? Neck? Back? Heart? Hand? @DannySwift Tell us, The People wanna know? We care for you! Lmao you Faker! Everybody keep your eyes open they play a Dirty game!!! Look at his thumb he’s a lying piece of Crap and its wrapped in pink!! I’m glad ya’ll see because there something real Fishy going on here!!! Can someone tell me what’s really going on? I thought it was his ribs? Look ya’ll now he’s a mute on twitter had a lot to say last night now he’s quiet what a little punk @dannyswift.”

Clearly agitated with the delay, Zab Judah will still get his opportunity. He will just have to wait a couple more months. The fight has been rescheduled for April 27 and will still take place in Brooklyn at the Barclay Center. The rest of the card will also remain intact. There is also the possibility of Marcos Maidana vs. Paulie Malignaggi being added to the event to give it a little more star power.

Judah is one of the more active boxers on Twitter and it will be interesting to see if the situation with Danny Garcia escalates over the following weeks.
