Before Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller became one of the hotter prospects in the world of heavyweight boxing (9-0, 9 KO’s), he was the best kickboxer in America. Compiling an impressive 22-1 record, his only loss was a highly controversial one to Mirko “Cro Cop” Filopovic in his native Croatia.
Now, at Glory 17 next week in Los Angeles, Miller looks to erase the lone blemish on his record in what he suggests may be his last fight as a kickboxer.
We spoke to him just after his workout at the Mayweather Boxing Club where he has been preparing for this fight, to get his thoughts on his upcoming fight with the MMA and kickboxing legend. Not surprisingly, he is anxious for revenge, and is happy to have the fight in a location where he feels he will be able to get an honest score.
